General Information

Orders are processed within 3–6 business days. Shipments are dispatched on business days only.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping provider and destination. Please ensure that all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.

Hilma Atelier is not responsible for lost packages or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. The final shipment price is determined by the weight of the parcel.

Customs Clearance 

For orders shipped outside the EU, parcels may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, which must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in our shipping rates.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered to the recipient, it will be returned to the sender. The return shipping cost is the same as the original delivery cost.
