General Information

Orders are processed within 3–6 business days. Shipments are dispatched on business days only.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping provider and destination. Please ensure that all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.

Hilma Atelier is not responsible for lost packages or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. The final shipment price is determined by the weight of the parcel.

Customs Clearance 

For international orders outside the EU, prices displayed on our website do not include any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may be charged by your country's customs authorities upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

As customs regulations vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to understand any potential charges.

If customs duties or taxes are refused and the parcel is returned to Hilma Atelier, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs, customs fees, or other charges incurred from your refund.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered to the recipient, it will be returned to the sender. The return shipping cost is the same as the original delivery cost.
