We founded Hilma Atelier with the ambition of creating a brand that reflects our own perspective on design. What began as a simple idea grew from a shared appreciation for thoughtful objects, quality craftsmanship, and enduring design. Today, as a small business, Hilma Atelier remains guided by the same principles that inspired us from the beginning: simplicity, quality, and a commitment to creating products with lasting value.

Origin
Hilma Atelier was founded in Copenhagen in 2025.
Much of our inspiration comes from the environment around us. The Nordic countries, the changing seasons, and Scandinavian design traditions have shaped the way we think about form, materials, and colour.
We are drawn to simplicity, balance, and timeless aesthetics. We place great importance on creating products that endure not only in appearance, but also through years of use.
